It's during the Mid-War. The Soviets played Cambridge Five. The Americans showed the following scoring cards:

South America
Asia
Southeast Asia
Middle East

Not only that, but the Americans got hit with a Red Scare during the headline phase.

Ouch! :(

Sucks that USSR now knows that you have all of the those scoring cards.  But he only gets to put 1IP in ONE of the regions revealed.

Also, you should be headlining a scoring card if you have 3+ scoring cards in hand, and Cambridge Five will whiff on that scoring card, at least, since it isn't in your hand anymore.

Yeah, if you have 4 scoring cards, you should almost certainly headline one of them.

Cambridge Five is particularly nasty if it hits Asia Scoring and Southeast Asia Scoring in the same hand, because that extra influence point is probably going straight into Southeast Asia to affect both scoring cards.
